Beach Walk 76 – Aloha to Africa

I am sending aloha (and a donation) to Africa in honor of the wonderful change taking place in Nata Village.

h3. About Today’s Show

I learned about Nata Village from an email list of videobloggers that I receive. It is a very beautiful, inspiring, and full of hope story about our ability to change and overcome great odds. I am hoping we can spread the spirit of aloha (love and generosity) to provide support for the enormous task being undertaken in Botswana.

The internet is enabling us to make these very personal connections and be able to directly help, without having to go through layers of bureaucracy and corruption. Every penny donated to Nata Village goes to the people as all workers are volunteers.

I am donating a gift in memory of my dear friend Fred, who died of AIDS and who taught me so much about squeezing every last drop of exuberance out of life.
