Beach Walk 614 – Humanity on the Horizon

It was raining today and I didn’t sleep well this weekend, so rather than rough it in the elements, I chose to stay in and create a meditation for all of us.

Today’s episode is dedicated to Chris Brogan – you were in my heart tonight Chris. And by a strange coincidence, we were both Tweeting today at the same moment, about this article in the New York Times concerning the Web World of 24/7 Stress.

I love also that this music led me to the music of the Indigo Musicians. Their links are below.

Be in Touch!

  1. I begin a new job today that is just for the money. Is not really anything I enjoy about it. So to get up this morning and receive just what I needed is still just so amazing. Thank you and the Universe for continuously provided me with what I need to make everything work. Isn’t it wonderful that just the effort and love from another can do soooo much more than anything purchased. I hope you and those wonderful ones with the music know what you do for others. You gave me that extra boost to get it done today with alittle more grace. Isn’t it great that even cloudy overcast days have their beauty and purpose. Have a super week/

  2. Susan and my dog Lexie says

What a special way to start the work week. You have captured and released to us a beautifully centered moment. Thank you for sharing it with us!

  3. I actually had this footage from a few months ago. After 2 years, we have learned to keep some things on hand for those rare days when getting to the beach or being in front of the camera are not appealing. 🙂 It fit the rainy modd I was in perfectly though.

  4. Nice one Rox. A break from usual daily input..

  5. Nice call today Rox/Shane & Lexi….you are knocking it out of the park lately. Loved the Edgy is the New Normal, too.

We are feeling the love that you are sending our way. Especially, Brogan, that was soooo cool.
