Beach Walk 267 OTR – Sometimes frivolous…

My sisters and I refer to our parents’ house as the black hole of time. So it’s a short show today on laughter therapy!

The TV is often on in the background here and usually I don’t like that. But I caught a segment on CNN featuring Dr. Madan Kataria’s Laughter Yoga therapy. People get together in groups and just laugh for 20 minutes. Forced laughter. Spontaneous laughter. Any old kind of laughter. So I hope you get a few laughs out of today’s show. You’ll see that I did! Call the conch line and share your laughs with me. 🙂 (See below.)

Hawaiian words
ʻaka: laughter

  1. excellent!

  2. Roxy,

That was, well, funny to say the least. Some how a fitting end to your stay in Michigan!! Thanks for coming to help with Mom and Dad, I really appreciated your generosity of time and sweetness. It is clearly time to return to the beach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Mahalo, I love you!
    Aloha

PS. Secret Cameraman, you are really great at your job. It is not easy holding teh camera steady while walking backwards. HB! XOXO

  3. Very funny, Rox! Thanks for the Saturday morning laugh out loud.

JudyJudy, you did a great job! A couple more “practices” on the flat, hard sidewalk and you can graduate to the soft, uneven, beach where you get to dodge coconuts, driftwood, the occasional sand castle, and waves washing over you sometimes higher than your knees. But you have to come back to Hawaii to graduate! 🙂

  4. A good reminder to have fun in life! Did Lexi recognize you? 🙂

  5. Strangely enough, Lexi is oblivious to the computer monitor. She hears my voice and wags her tail, but does not ever look at the monitor. 🙁
