h3. About Today’s Show
I’m wrapping this week’s discussion on how to approach making life changes. Not that we are “done.” There is so much to talk about in this arena! But for today it’s all about remembering that we are human beings, more than human doings. So instead of worrying about what to do, instead you can focus on how you want to feel and get some help from the Universe/God as to what that might actually be! It’s a way of taking some of the stress off the decision, and that has basically been my goal this week.

That was very good.. I liked that. I like to think that some of those decisions arent as complicated as we make them if only we stop and take stock of how they make us feel.. the real answers to what we need to do becomes almost instinctive.
Thanks
By the way, I disagree with the nwijyxbg… it’s not always as simple as that
🙂
Hi Rox, just wanted to tell you that i found your beachwalks podcasts not long ago and enjoy them. They feel like little mini vacations to Hawaii. I have to tell you though, that in January it may have the opposite effect. While I’m sitting in a soggy, cold, west coast Canadian winter monsoon, I may begin to dislike you intensely!
Seriously, I love the idea of video blogging and I like the naturalness of your “chats”. Keep on following your “feel good” thoughts and I will too!
I recommended your site on my blog if you’d like to check it out.
Give Lexi a hug – what a lovely companion she is.
Cheers
Hi Friends,
I love your comments. 🙂 Much mahalo. (This does NOT apply to those spammers who sneak through however.)
Kate thank you so much for the post on your site. Yes, we have a lot in common, and rather than disliking me in winter, why not just come for a visit instead? Or watch some of the very early episodes here when I was complaining (Matt remembers…) about our 40 days of cold rain and flooding and sewage spills. 🙂 Even paradise has its problems.
Aloha, Rox and Lexi (an angel to be sure)
